• The Senior Manager, Business Solutions spearheads intricate, technology-driven implementation and innovation projects that bolster Ryan’s service offerings, proprietary platforms, and overarching enterprise strategy.
• This position oversees large-scale client and internal projects from the definition of scope through to delivery, ensuring timely, budget-compliant execution and superior results.
• The Senior Manager converts business and technical requirements into scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, deliver client value, and generate measurable financial impact.
• Reporting to a leader within Business Solutions, this role merges program leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement to further Ryan’s digital transformation and innovation goals.
• Fosters a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture that aligns with Ryan’s core values.
• Oversees resource allocation, workload distribution, and performance management.
• Coordinates resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple simultaneous implementation and innovation projects.
• Manages both internal and external enterprise tax technology and software implementation projects to successful completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Preferred experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments.
• Proven success in managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with enterprise systems, databases, reporting tools, project management platforms, or business applications.
• Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms is preferred.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication abilities.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structured solutions.
