This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance product expertise, consulting abilities, and implementation skills through training and development initiatives.
• Offer in-depth knowledge of tax processes and enabling technologies, dedicated to assisting clients in problem-solving and generating business value.
• Act as a collaborative team member on tax-related projects that involve client interaction.
• Engage with clients to comprehend their business needs and align them with suitable tax solutions.
• Participate as a team member utilizing DMA’s structured project management methodology.
• Oversee project tasks and ensure the successful delivery of project outputs and activities.
• Execute Tax engine and ERP configuration to meet client specifications; must have proficiency with at least one ERP system.
• Provide support for Go Live and cutover activities as required.
• Assist in project management by developing and maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Convert requirements and design into the appropriate documentation formats.
• Aid in managing status meetings, including conducting calls and preparing weekly minutes.
• Educate tax users on efficiently utilizing applications.
• Cultivate working relationships with clients to complete assignments and communicate effectively when necessary.
• Connect, engage, and foster broader relationships with DMA’s clients and alliance partners.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field is mandatory.
• 1-4 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Familiarity with at least one tax engine is essential.
• Capacity to think strategically, effectively resolve issues, and diligently follow through on tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) along with strong interpersonal skills (friendly and approachable).
• Ability to comprehend and conceptualize accounting and tax processes and procedures.
• Experience with transaction tax systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, data analytics tools, and cloud-based business solutions.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the necessity for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position does not qualify for employment-based sponsorship.
