This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the global quarterly and annual income tax provision as per ASC 740, including all related disclosures.
• Work in collaboration with both internal and external auditors to facilitate tax-related audits and the associated financial statement disclosures.
• Maintain close coordination with internal business partners such as Accounting and FP&A to ensure alignment and effective knowledge sharing.
• Play a pivotal role in the design, enhancement, and implementation of global tax processes to support a growing and intricate business landscape.
• Lead efforts to enhance tax technology, improve data quality, and develop automation tools.
• Collaborate with external advisors and internal teams on value-added initiatives, including cash tax planning and M&A activities (both acquisitions and integrations).
• Conduct research and analysis on complex tax technical issues and effectively communicate conclusions to leadership.
• Mentor and develop members of a growing tax team, promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA designation is mandatory.
• A minimum of 8 years of federal tax experience, encompassing a blend of Big 4 and in-house roles.
• Extensive experience with income tax provision and ASC 740 is essential.
• Strong understanding of U.S. federal tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to navigate complex tax issues.
• Effective communicator capable of translating technical concepts for business partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform optimally in a fast-paced environment.
