This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Lead and nurture a team of Talent Strategy Partners, developing scalable practices that enhance leadership effectiveness, organizational health, and talent outcomes throughout the business via Multiply Your Impact.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to convert business priorities into talent strategies, workforce plans, organizational design recommendations, and leadership development initiatives while exemplifying Own the Outcome for talent results.
• Support leaders through organizational change, aiding teams in adapting with clarity and confidence while integrating Change Agility into the business operations.
• Propel company-wide talent programs, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Employ Data-Driven Decision Making to uncover workforce trends, evaluate organizational health, measure talent outcomes, and guide business decisions with evidence-based recommendations.
• Utilize First Principles Problem Solving to tackle complex people and organizational challenges, streamlining processes and crafting scalable solutions that enhance employee and manager experiences.
• Advocate for an AI First approach within Talent Strategy by pinpointing opportunities to enhance decision quality, boost efficiency, and expand People Team impact through responsible AI adoption.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, HRIS, and executive stakeholders to ensure consistent application of talent priorities throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in HR, People Partner roles, Talent Strategy, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of leadership experience managing teams in HR, Talent Strategy, or People Business Partner roles.
• Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and talent management initiatives.
• A demonstrated ability to utilize workforce data, business metrics, and organizational insights to influence strategic decisions.
