This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Shape the performance management strategy for the short-to-midterm within the larger talent ecosystem.
• Address complex, large-scale issues by establishing KPIs, performance benchmarks, continuous feedback mechanisms, and metrics.
• Create, implement, and enhance the framework for calibration governance, performance evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting.
• Deliver fair performance management solutions in collaboration with HR Business Partners throughout the teammate lifecycle.
• Work alongside Total Rewards to link performance calibration and assessments to merit and bonus cycles.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development, HRBPs, and People Insights & Analytics.
• Coordinate with Internal Mobility and Talent Planning to develop teammates for prospective roles.
• Partner with people teams and lane leaders to address challenges and introduce innovations.
• Engage with senior executives and front-line teammates to foster support and commitment.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Talent Management.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, large deployments, change management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience supervising at least one direct report within a matrixed staffing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic direction and align it with business goals.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-phase initiatives while utilizing project management support.
• Capability to drive organizational change and foresee potential obstacles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to tailor messaging and influence decision-making across all organizational levels.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to data and product infrastructure development.
• Proficiency in analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, and converting insights into actionable strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
