πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as a strategic advisor and reliable HR partner to organizational leadership across designated practices in a multi-state environment.

β€’ Participate in interdepartmental meetings and collaborate with both practice-level and corporate-level leadership.

β€’ Ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.

β€’ Create HR communications, reports, and necessary documentation.

β€’ Maintain secure physical and digital personnel files.

β€’ Design, implement, and facilitate onboarding processes.

β€’ Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.

β€’ Process documentation related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employment changes.

β€’ Assist with performance management, encompassing goal-setting, reviews, development plans, and documentation.

β€’ Promote employee engagement initiatives.

β€’ Conduct exit interviews and oversee related procedures and reporting.

β€’ Coordinate and deliver HR policy, harassment prevention, compliance, and other training programs.

β€’ Evaluate development needs and design customized learning initiatives.

β€’ Monitor changes in employment law and suggest policy updates.

β€’ Organize HR audits and ensure proper documentation and practices are maintained.

β€’ Support investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, grievances, and mediation.

β€’ Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.

β€’ Manage employee benefits and assist with benefits inquiries and open enrollment.

β€’ Oversee complete payroll processes, including timekeeping, deductions, benefits integration, and tax compliance.

β€’ Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and uphold data integrity.

β€’ Assess payroll processes for efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to policies.

β€’ Execute other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

β€’ 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including responsibilities in training and development.

β€’ Required knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and adult learning principles.

β€’ Preferred multi-state HR experience.

β€’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

β€’ Excellent organizational and project management skills.

β€’ Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

β€’ Preferred certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other training-related certifications.

β€’ Familiarity with administrative procedures and systems, including file and record management, form design, spreadsheet creation, and developing and monitoring systems and processes.

β€’ Ability to work standard hours of Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. CST, or as required to meet business needs.

β€’ Willingness to travel 10–20% across the U.S. and work on-site with partners and practices as necessary.
