This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, coach, and nurture the HR Applications team.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and resolution of issues.
• Establish and uphold operational processes, governance standards, service levels, and performance metrics.
• Foster cross-functional collaborations with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Provide operational oversight and support for the HRIS and associated business systems.
• Supervise design, testing, implementation, maintenance, configurations, workflows, reports, interfaces, and upgrades.
• Act as a liaison among HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to resolve issues and optimize systems.
• Create system documentation, training materials, and resources for end-user support.
• Deliver reporting and analytics support, encompassing workforce analytics, compensation processes, compliance reporting, and ad hoc requests.
• Develop and sustain dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions.
• Monitor data quality and enhance processes, reporting, automation, and system performance.
• Advocate for and support AI, automation, workflow, and integration initiatives.
• Optimize system integrations, data interfaces, and technological solutions.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance of employee data.
• Oversee system controls, security access, operational processes, audit readiness, and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting HRIS, HR technology, or related business applications.
• Proficient in reporting, analytics, system enhancements, and integrations.
• Proven experience in leading HR technology implementations, upgrades, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
• Leadership experience through direct or indirect supervision, mentoring, project leadership, or leading cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled technologies, automation tools, workflow solutions, and system integrations is preferred.
• Advanced skills in HR systems, SQL, Excel, reporting tools, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to influence and collaborate across various functions.
• Proven ability to build effective partnerships and foster accountability among HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology and process solutions.
• Capability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours daily.
• Ability to operate computers and phone systems, type, and utilize multiple software programs concurrently.
