This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish the strategy for developing managers, leaders, and talent as Cohere grows.
• Create programs, frameworks, and operational methods that facilitate employee development.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of HR to influence the Talent Development function.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to cultivate essential capabilities.
• Over 7 years of experience in Talent Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or Learning & Development.
• Demonstrated success in designing leadership, manager, or talent development initiatives from the ground up.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other rapidly growing environments.
• A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for meals.
