This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and expand the Communities of Interest (COI) program by promoting inclusive employee involvement, assisting leaders, and creating robust communities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Talent Management to develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies.
• Design and implement a holistic employee listening strategy to boost employee engagement.
• Develop and present workshops, presentations, and resources that support leadership development, performance trends, and professional advancement.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to formulate SAIC skilling strategies, address workforce capability deficiencies, and prepare for future talent requirements.
• Lead initiatives that integrate technology, culture, and people-centric methods to foster transformative employee experiences.
• Act as a trusted Talent Management authority, working in partnership with leadership, HR Centers of Excellence, and external collaborators.
• Design, manage, and analyze employee surveys, including those focused on onboarding, candidate experiences, and broader assessments.
• Convert survey findings into recruitment and retention strategies, sharing insights with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal communications and HR teams to disseminate survey findings and implement action plans.
• Utilize pulse surveys and feedback tools to evaluate candidate experiences and the employee lifecycle journey.
• Advocate for a feedback-oriented culture by integrating candidate and new-hire insights into talent strategy decisions.
• Promote collaboration and accountability through initiatives that enhance employee engagement and experiences.
• At least 15 years of demonstrated experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, or related domains, ideally in a fast-paced GovCon or global business setting.
• Proven success in managing inclusive grass-roots employee networks.
• Ability to develop and execute innovative talent strategies that align with business objectives and culture.
• Skilled in leveraging data and analytics for informed decision-making and measuring program effectiveness.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities, characterized by a collaborative and inclusive leadership approach.
• Experience working with leaders and HR teams to provide dynamic employee experiences and achieve measurable outcomes.
• A passion for being a change agent, cultivating a purpose-driven culture, empowering employees, and instigating transformational change.
