City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local network representative for Arcachon and its surrounding regions.

• Manage your designated area as if it were your own enterprise.

• Expand the business portfolio by onboarding new properties under management.

• Supervise daily operations within the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Maximize revenue through yield management and cross-listing on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and coordinate a local network of service providers.

• Delegate management of the portfolio during absences via the ALB Vacation System.

• Optionally recruit your own City Managers under a sponsorship agreement and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or any relevant sector is advantageous.
