City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local representative for the network in Narbonne and its vicinity.

• Expand the business in the region by acquiring new properties for management.

• Supervise the operational aspects of the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and maintain a local network of service providers.

• Delegate property management responsibilities during absences via the ALB Vacation System.

• Address property-owner inquiries in the area and manage activities through the ALB platform.

• Background in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
