City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local ambassador for the network in Carcassonne and its nearby regions.

• Expand the local business by onboarding new properties for management.

• Manage daily operations across the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and cultivate a local network of service providers.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Optionally recruit your own City Managers under the sponsorship program and earn commissions based on their performance.
