City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local representative for the ALB network within the city and its surrounding regions.

• Expand the business locally and secure new properties for management.

• Supervise the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Enhance revenue through effective yield management strategies.

• Ensure multi-channel distribution via platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Manage the local network of service providers efficiently.

• Delegate portfolio management responsibilities during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Address inquiries from property owners in the area and manage operations through the ALB platform.

• Build a team of sponsored City Managers, if desired.

• Strong ability to persuade property owners and foster trusting relationships.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or other relevant industries is advantageous.

• High motivation and drive are essential.

• Must possess the autonomy of an independent professional while receiving support from a structured network.

• Must hold independent contractor status.
