Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

📋 Description

• Act as the interim leader of the Talent Acquisition function during the absence of the Director of People.

• Oversee, mentor, and develop the recruiting team to ensure high performance and consistent execution of tasks.

• Set clear expectations, track individual and team performance, and offer continuous feedback and support.

• Manage recruiting KPI reporting and performance oversight, including metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, hiring manager satisfaction, offer acceptance rates, and recruiter productivity.

• Identify potential hiring risks, bottlenecks, or declining performance trends and proactively implement solutions.

• Lead weekly recruiting team meetings, conduct hiring reviews, and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure that recruiting processes, interview standards, and candidate experience expectations are uniformly adhered to throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with the Director of People to deliver regular updates on hiring progress, challenges faced, and resource requirements.

• Personally oversee a range of critical and hard-to-fill positions.

• Conduct intake meetings and formulate sourcing strategies for high-priority searches.

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines across Product Management, Digital Product, Product Design, UX/UI, and related areas.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine talent profiles, evaluate candidates, and facilitate efficient decision-making.

• Support both domestic and international hiring initiatives while providing expertise in recruiting and hiring talent across European markets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including a minimum of 3 years managing recruiters, sourcers, and/or recruiting coordinators.

• Proven track record of successfully leading recruiting teams and holding them accountable for hiring objectives and KPIs.

• Extensive experience in developing recruiting metrics, reporting, and performance management frameworks.

• Experience acting as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for an organization, business unit, or recruiting function.

• Comprehensive expertise in recruiting for Product Management, Product Design, UX/UI, Digital Product, and related roles.

• Experience with hiring across both North America and Europe.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a capacity to influence leaders at all organizational levels.
