This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Work in close collaboration with hiring managers.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process.

• Perform and deliver market research findings.

• Employ both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to curate candidate slates.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on technical positions.

• Proficiency in UKG, Eightfold, Microsoft Copilot, or other Agentic AI tools.

• Capability to foster strong relationships with candidates and the HR team.

• Exceptional project management abilities.
