Senior Manager, Supply Finance – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversees the financial performance, analytics, governance, and value creation initiatives related to Sodexo Canada's Supply Chain and Procurement sectors.

• Promotes continuous improvement through data analysis, automation of reporting, and transformation of processes.

• Collaborates closely with Procurement, Commercial Finance, and BP&A teams to enhance the performance of Vendor Discount Agreements (VDA).

• Establishes key performance indicators, tracks trends and variances, and converts complex data into clear recommendations for Finance, Procurement, and Supply leadership teams.

• Manages the governance, collection, and recovery of vendor funding receivables, rebates, and other supplier-related recoveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, particularly in Supply Finance, Procurement Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, or related fields.

• Proven experience in managing vendor funding programs, rebate recovery processes, working capital initiatives, forecasting, and performance reporting.

• Experience in collaborating with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leaders to enhance financial performance and business results.

• Preferred experience in leading financial transformation, automating reporting, developing Power BI solutions, or analytics initiatives.

• Proficiency in both English and French is an asset for fulfilling the role.
