This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing comprehensive warehouse and hardware configuration operations for Illumia.
• This role ensures that receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and hardware configuration processes are executed accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality standards and business expectations.
• It combines tactical execution with strategic oversight by managing and developing the Supply Chain Operations and Hardware Configuration teams.
• The position entails managing vendor and supplier relationships, including performance oversight and contractual escalations.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Planning, Services, Purchasing, IT, Legal, and Finance to synchronize warehouse execution with deployment timelines and business requirements.
• Acts as the main escalation point for fulfillment challenges and promotes continuous improvement through KPI analysis.
• Leads risk assessments and contingency planning while influencing ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and reporting enhancements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations (or a related field), or equivalent experience is required.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics, with 3-5 years in a management role supervising warehouse operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership experience, including the mentoring and development of high-performing teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, vendor relations, and contract governance.
• Demonstrated ability to assess supplier performance, manage vendor expectations, and drive enhancements in cost and efficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the capability to prepare business cases and present strategies to senior leadership.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and operational reporting tools.
