This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and execute innovative and cost-efficient supply chain strategies that consistently align with the objectives of the company.
• Oversee the complete supply chain process, managing everything from sourcing raw materials to the delivery of the final product.
• Ensure that supplier manufacturing capabilities are in sync with projected demand across various global operations.
• Initiate lead time reduction efforts and enhance supply reliability.
• Demonstrated experience in managing global supplier relationships and partnerships to achieve success.
• Assess and proactively manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring they consistently adhere to our strict quality standards and critical delivery timelines.
• Supervise the inventory management process, implementing strategic solutions to prevent stock shortages and reduce surplus or obsolete inventory.
• Conduct thorough risk management for all supply contracts and agreements, including proactive contingency planning to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities with both internal and external stakeholders to accurately forecast demand and ensure perfect alignment of supply.
• Implement and advocate for sustainability practices within procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with Crusoe’s environmental objectives.
• Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions, and innovations in supply chain to maintain Crusoe’s competitive advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, International Trade, or a related discipline.
• Around 10-15 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement, ideally in Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, or Hardware supply chains.
• Proven history of effectively managing complex supply chains, ensuring vendor compliance, and implementing process enhancements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in Supply Management activities such as Manufacturing & Production Capacity Analysis, Supplier Selection, and Vendor Management Inventories (VMI).
• Experience working with hyperscalers, OEM/ODMs, or infrastructure providers.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
