Senior Manager, Supply Chain Applications – Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic direction of the Supply Chain application portfolio as the organization modernizes and transitions to SAP S/4HANA.

• Guide long-term application planning and modernization initiatives that support enterprise transformation efforts.

• Create and sustain application roadmaps that align with organizational objectives, digital strategies, and future business requirements.

• Identify and document business requirements, capability needs, process flows, and data dependencies for Supply Chain applications.

• Ensure the readiness of Supply Chain applications for SAP S/4HANA.

• Propose application disposition strategies backed by clear business justification.

• Foster alignment among Supply Chain, Digital Technology, and functional subject-matter experts regarding priorities, sequencing, and deployment strategies.

• Enhance application lifecycle management standards to boost efficiency, minimize risk, and facilitate sustainable transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise applications, digital transformation, or business systems strategy.

• Proven experience in developing application roadmaps or leading modernization projects.

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and guide decisions within complex, matrixed organizations.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Preferred background in Operations or Supply Chain technology.

• Preferred experience with application architecture, integration patterns, and process mapping.

• Preferred experience in supporting SAP S/4HANA transitions or large-scale ERP modernization.

• Ability to drive strategic clarity among global teams is preferred.

• Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
