Senior Manager – Strategy, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Defining and enhancing our Business Value Proposition, emphasizing strategic growth, innovation, and value generation.

• Bringing senior-level authority to strategic client interactions, business development efforts, and impactful transformation initiatives.

• Taking complete responsibility for overseeing strategy and transformation projects, including collaborative innovation initiatives with key clients, managing the process from start to finish at the intersection of business and IT.

• Leading and working alongside multi-disciplinary teams to tackle a wide variety of client challenges and achieve sustainable business results.

• Engaging with senior stakeholders to evaluate and question business priorities, shape enterprise-wide strategies, and co-develop innovative, scalable solutions while broadening the SAP Fioneer presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation within banking and insurance sectors in strategy consulting and financial institutions.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, including senior executives, clients, and third-party vendors.

• Expertise in core banking and payments, lending, or CFO/finance transformation in banking and insurance.

• Proven track record of bridging the gap between business and technology, converting strategy into scalable, actionable solutions.

• Led the formulation of enterprise strategies, redesigning operating models, and optimizing management processes for prominent financial institutions.

• Advanced analytical and quantitative skill set, utilizing data-driven insights and modeling to address intricate business challenges.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Commerce, or a STEM field.

• Proficient in both English and German.
