This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide assistance to IFM clients and internal stakeholders in optimizing JLL project management execution and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver insights on market trends, suppliers, and operational intelligence for service operations.
• Identify and guide field resources to implement strategic initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
• Lead sourcing professionals towards achieving strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Project, and Development Services teams to foster immediate and long-term client benefits.
• Conduct regular market trend analyses, including supplier base and industry changes.
• Present analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a format suitable for clients.
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs.
• Assist in Category Management for supplier relationships and performance programs.
• Oversee management, instruction, and follow-up for operations teams' RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.
• Manage expectations of both internal and external customers.
• Ensure adherence to sourcing, contracting, risk management, and ethics policies.
• Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management regarding contractual terms and approvals.
• Set priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with Operations teams and project personnel.
• Facilitate the development of diversity programs.
• Mentor and educate suppliers through organized meetings.
• Participate in and lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
• Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.
• Assist with Solutions Development sales proposals by creating solution models and pricing.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and/or 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• Experience in construction is preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Experience in business transitions is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High analytical capability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications is required.
