• Act as a facilitator among sponsors, biotech firms, CROs, service providers, and sites, promoting introductions and collaborations that enhance both membership growth and long-term relationships.

• Represent the AQC at industry events, member gatherings, and external forums to broaden the membership pool and enhance brand credibility.

• Assist in the onboarding and early engagement of new members to ensure effective activation, value realization, and long-term retention.

• Monitor and communicate pipeline activity, relationship health, and collaboration outcomes to guide strategic planning and prioritization.

• Shape engagement strategies and contextual materials based on live member dialogue, industry needs, and consortium priorities.

• Use existing member relationships to expand the AQC network by identifying and engaging potential member organizations.

• Organize prospective member engagements to ensure thoughtful, well-timed interactions that align with consortium readiness and member value.

• Keep track of the evolving industry landscape to identify emerging biotech firms, growing organizations, and companies entering critical trial phases where AQC can provide significant value.

• Work with the legal team to manage contract negotiations effectively.

• Clearly communicate consulting requirements to the client services team to ensure exceptional client deliverables.

• Provide market feedback to internal teams regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and generate ideas for AQC development.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, which may occasionally fall outside the scope of this position.

• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this role.
