This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Spearhead the design and development of financial, economic, and strategic frameworks for clinical services initiatives.
• Facilitate the multi-year enterprise capital planning process, overseeing and driving high-impact projects that influence product and service delivery.
• Oversee the ACS capital planning process, securing over $100M annually for strategic investments.
• Collaborate closely with ACS leadership, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with enterprise funding guidelines and organizational priorities.
• Enhance the prioritization and utilization of resources across internal and external projects to maximize value.
• Provide governance for the portfolio, regular status updates, and key insights on the performance of the ACS investment portfolio.
• Drive the evaluation and creation of business cases for new initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
• Monitor value realization and devise methods to assess actual performance against anticipated benefits.
• Lead initiatives that necessitate significant change management within large and complex organizations.
• Cultivate and sustain strong senior-level relationships, influence strategic decision-making, and present key findings in a compelling manner.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, financial strategic analysis, business process consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic business planning.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
• Proficiency in business process optimization, project management, and financial planning with a focus on enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Extensive background in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written), with a history of presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
