Chief Financial Officer – Crypto Gaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the financial strategy for the Group, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

• Offer financial leadership and strategic advice to the CEO and Board of Directors.

• Supervise all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and statutory obligations across various entities and jurisdictions.

• Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, banking relationships, treasury operations, and capital allocation.

• Direct the Group's crypto treasury functions, which encompass digital asset management, wallet infrastructure, crypto payment processes, and fiat conversion methods.

• Establish strong financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management protocols.

• Collaborate closely with payments, legal, compliance, and operational teams to achieve business objectives and adhere to regulatory standards.

• Propel improvements in financial processes, automation projects, and the development of the finance team.

• Assist with corporate structuring, expansion projects, acquisitions, and strategic investments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership, including roles at the senior management or C-level.

• Proven experience in managing financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, treasury management, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.

• Prior experience in iGaming, online betting, payments, fintech, crypto, or digital assets is highly advantageous.

• Capability to function both strategically and practically in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience in presenting to Boards and senior stakeholders.
