DAI Subject Matter Expert, Oracle Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize technical knowledge and skills to deliver Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage).

• Create training materials.

• Generate Bi-Weekly Metrics and Progress Reports.

• Develop Monthly Communication Tools.

• Conduct Reporting.

• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage) to users, addressing issues and escalating more complex problems to the relevant teams when necessary.

• Aid in the development of monthly communication tools, such as newsletters, user tips, and system updates, to improve user awareness and adoption of DAI and associated modules.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Clearance: Secret or higher.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of experience with DAI (Oracle Financials).

• Preferred experience with DAI modules, including Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Procure to Pay, Oracle Time and Labor, OAS, and Order to Cash.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering Tier 1 helpdesk support, encompassing issue triaging, ticket management, and resolution.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and problem-solving.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
