This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the design and development of products within our PQ & CPD product portfolio, which includes Academies, High Impact Training courses, Digital Study Solutions, Self-Study resources, and CPD courses.

• Enhance and maintain our product offerings by analyzing competitor activities and adapting to regulatory changes, government policies, or updates in professional qualifications.

• Own your product portfolio, monitoring and tracking their performance and lifecycle stages.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues throughout the organization to optimize product performance and promptly address any identified performance issues.

• Conduct regular evaluations of your products in relation to the product development roadmap and module updates tracker to ensure alignment with the overall PQ & CPD product launch and review strategy.

• Cooperate with other Product Managers and the broader business to ensure deadlines are met.

• Partner with the Learning Experience Team to develop storyboards for eLearning and other digital content.

• Engage with essential stakeholders and partners to maintain our products as market leaders.

• Oversee external associates when necessary to ensure content is delivered on time and meets specified standards, especially during design weekends for CII modules with Case Study or Fact Find style exams, such as R06 and AF5.

• Generate client-facing product documents, marketing materials, and website content in accordance with Davies Group brand guidelines.

• Develop learning and development content using tools like Articulate, Canva, Adobe, and Microsoft applications, as well as related materials such as digital pathway builds, digitized study guides, and specimen exams when required.

• Share best practices with team members during meetings and informal discussions.

• Create engaging, digitally-focused learning pathways on our Learning Experience Platform and Learning Management System.

• Promote our product portfolio through social media initiatives and campaigns.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to provide guidance on the development of learning content.

• Offer input and directives to the Learning Experience Team regarding the display and accessibility of our products across various online platforms, websites, and applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of PFS modules and qualifications relevant to the financial services sector.

• At least **DipPFS level** qualification, with a willingness to advance to the Advanced level if not already attained.

• A Learning & Development professional experienced in designing, writing, and developing training programs and content.

• Strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and clear communication across teams and stakeholders.

• A proactive attitude with an emphasis on innovation and ongoing improvement.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance in all aspects of content creation and delivery.

• Experience in educational content and product management.

• Background in market research and competitor analysis.

• Proficient in creating client-facing documentation and marketing materials.

• Experience in developing engaging and digitally-focused learning and development resources.

• Familiarity with tools such as Articulate and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Previous experience in creating exam support content, particularly for PFS.

• Management of relationships with awarding bodies and professional organizations.
