Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in enterprise-wide modeling and analytical efforts.

• Create and ensure that all models and analytics align with the organization’s financial impact.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for both internal and external stakeholders, including assessments of strategic transactions.

• Verify source data and results to guarantee the accuracy of data and metrics.

• Collaborate with a diverse group of leadership and team members across the organization to build financial models and analytics.

• Recognize and implement improvements and efficiencies in processes.

• Work with senior leadership in Finance to enhance the financial data strategy, including the centralization of key metrics and model outcomes that impact the organization financially.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in working with financial data and constructing financial models.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Technology, or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of experience, with additional experience in both Originations and Servicing considered a plus.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and SQL development, with hands-on experience in model building using both tools.

• Capacity to adjust to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-driven; ability to independently analyze, lead, and present with minimal guidance.

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team, particularly across various locations and time zones, to execute projects and identify or resolve deficiencies or improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with all management levels across different time zones to ensure the effective execution of time-sensitive initiatives and to identify areas for improvement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to analyze, simplify, and present complex information clearly and concisely.

• Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, decision-making, creativity, and organization, while exercising sound judgment and execution in a fast-paced setting.
