This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Engage with prospective strategic clients to understand their requirements and formulate a strategic approach for their services to excel via Twilio’s platform.
• Lead and cultivate high-achieving enterprise sales teams.
• Empower your team to take ownership of their business, providing coaching as necessary.
• Oversee and grow significant customer accounts, including rapidly expanding technology, logistics, and fintech firms.
• Create, implement, and execute account strategies to achieve substantial revenue and profit outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate intricate sales cycles.
• Maintain a structured forecasting process and deliver insights to executive leadership.
• Conduct consultative sales cycles with a focus on thorough discovery and advocating for customer needs.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 4 years in team development.
• Proven history of surpassing revenue goals and business targets.
• Experience in selling CPaaS or SaaS and managing complex sales negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach; an innovative thinker and creative problem solver with a natural curiosity.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently to achieve results.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating across functions in a rapidly growing business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA is a plus (not mandatory).
