This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a highly effective team of Solution Engineers that assist sales in the expanding NAMER region for Webflow.
• Establish and clarify key objectives for the team that guarantee the success of the assigned segment(s) as well as the overall SE organization.
• Mentor Solutions Engineers on conducting successful discovery sessions, crafting customer-specific solutions, designing engaging demos, and presenting quantified business cases to clients.
• Offer support and guidance to direct reports by actively participating in and leading customer meetings.
• Collaborate closely with first-line sales leaders to ensure that SE contributions are utilized effectively to enhance customer success and maximize ARR opportunities.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional leaders in Product, Engineering, and Marketing to guarantee that the Solution Engineering team is influencing the development of our products and services based on customer insights.
• Partner with the Solutions (Presales & Postsales) leadership team to enhance strategy, automate processes, and promote customer success on a larger scale.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of Solutions Engineering experience in high-growth software firms, ideally one that offers a complex, multi-product solution.
• More than 3 years of SE leadership experience in a high-growth company, preferably one that provides a deeply technical, multi-product solution.
