Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of solutions engineers for the Central United States region

• Inspire and guide a high-achieving technical team while collaborating with customers, business development, and leadership

• Tackle intricate challenges in uncertain environments while developing solutions that address various issues

• Establish and manage an effective strategy for solutions engineering

• Cultivate strong, productive relationships with prospects, customers, team members, and other stakeholders

• Attract and onboard new clients while concentrating on expanding new business opportunities

• Facilitate roadmap and strategic conversations with customers and prospects

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience

• Master's degree in computer science/engineering or an MBA is highly preferred

• Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a solution engineering environment

• Strong project management experience is essential

• Technical insight and proven success in creating innovative solutions for strategic clients

• Intellectual curiosity, effective listening skills, openness to new viewpoints, and the ability to forge cross-functional relationships

• Capability to develop a strategic plan and achieve expected outcomes within budget and timeline

• Ability to prioritize engagement and support aligned with the Division’s strategic objectives

• Competence in articulating a vision for a high-performing solution engineering team and executing it effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade others

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; SentinelOne participates in E-Verify for all U.S.-based positions
