Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota objectives through value-driven selling.

• Shape regional go-to-market strategies by providing insights on sales tactics, product deficiencies, and team requirements.

• Proactively identify and evaluate potential candidates to uphold a high standard of talent.

• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring technical proficiency and driving sales success.

• Work closely with sales and the wider Americas revenue team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the industry within a pre-sales role.

• More than 3 years of direct management experience, including recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.

• Proficiency in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
