Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota targets through value-driven selling.

• Direct the regional go-to-market strategy by offering insights on sales tactics and product deficiencies while advocating for the team’s needs.

• Identify and evaluate potential candidates to uphold a high standard of talent.

• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships.

• Ensure technical excellence and propel the success of sales initiatives.

• Work closely with sales and the wider Americas revenue team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of industry experience in a pre-sales role.

• More than 3 years of frontline management experience, including the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.

• Proficiency in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• Demonstrable history of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in fast-paced environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales environments.
