Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota objectives through value-driven selling.

• Shape the regional go-to-market strategy by offering insights on sales tactics and product deficiencies, while advocating for the team’s requirements.

• Identify and evaluate potential candidates.

• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.

• Ensure technical excellence and propel the effectiveness of sales initiatives.

• Work closely with sales and the wider Americas revenue team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the industry within a pre-sales role.

• More than 3 years of direct management experience, including recruiting, training, and retaining top talent.

• Proficient in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent professional background.

• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience in managing customer relationships throughout both pre- and post-sales processes.
