Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve regional quota objectives through value-driven selling.

• Steer the regional go-to-market strategy by providing insights on sales tactics and product deficiencies.

• Champion the needs of the team.

• Proactively identify and evaluate potential candidates.

• Work closely with sales and the wider Americas revenue team.

• Establish and sustain strong customer relationships.

• Ensure technical proficiency and drive sales achievement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of industry experience in a pre-sales role.

• More than 3 years of direct frontline management experience, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.

• Proficiency in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in fast-paced settings.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience in managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales environments.
