Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota objectives through value-driven selling.

• Direct the regional go-to-market strategy by offering insights on sales tactics, product deficiencies, and championing the team’s requirements.

• Actively seek and evaluate potential candidates to uphold a high standard of talent.

• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, ensure technical proficiency, drive sales achievements, and collaborate with sales and the wider Americas revenue team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of industry experience in a pre-sales role, including more than 3 years of direct frontline management experience.

• Experience in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• Proven success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related professional background.

• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales environments.
