Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota objectives through value-driven selling.

• Shape the regional go-to-market strategy through sales tactics and product-gap insights, while advocating for the needs of the team.

• Identify and evaluate potential candidates to uphold a high standard of talent.

• Develop and sustain robust customer relationships.

• Ensure technical excellence and propel the success of sales initiatives.

• Work closely with sales and the wider Americas revenue team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of industry experience in a pre-sales role, with at least 3 years in direct frontline management.

• Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.

• Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
