This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota objectives through a value-driven sales approach.

• Shape the regional go-to-market strategy by offering insights on sales tactics and product deficiencies.

• Advocate for the requirements of the team.

• Identify and screen prospective candidates.

• Work closely with sales and the larger Americas revenue team to stimulate revenue growth and ensure customer success.

• Establish and sustain strong relationships with customers.

• Ensure technical excellence and promote sales achievements.

• Over 7 years of industry experience in a pre-sales role.

• More than 3 years of direct frontline management experience, which includes recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.

• Experience in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• Demonstrated history of driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience in managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales roles is a plus.
