Senior Manager, Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota objectives through value-driven selling.

• Shape regional go-to-market strategy by offering insights on sales tactics, product deficiencies, and team requirements.

• Identify and evaluate potential candidates to uphold a high talent standard.

• Establish and maintain robust customer relationships.

• Ensure technical proficiency and facilitate sales achievements.

• Work closely with sales and the wider Americas revenue team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of industry experience in a pre-sales role.

• At least 3 years of direct frontline management experience, encompassing recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.

• Background in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives in fast-paced settings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience in managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales roles.
