Senior Manager, Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a collaborative, customer-centric culture within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota objectives through value-driven selling.

• Shape the regional go-to-market strategy by offering insights on sales tactics and product deficiencies, while advocating for the team's requirements.

• Identify and evaluate potential candidates to uphold a high talent standard.

• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships.

• Ensure technical proficiency and drive the success of sales initiatives.

• Work closely with the sales team and the wider Americas revenue team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of industry experience in a pre-sales role, with at least 3 years of direct frontline management experience.

• Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.

• Background in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• A demonstrated history of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Reside in the Central US region.

• Experience managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales roles.
