Senior Manager, Software Engineering – ETL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for multiplatform applications.

• Oversee the entire system development lifecycle, encompassing design, coding, testing, documentation, installation, maintenance, and support.

• Manage the performance and quality assurance of systems.

• Delegate projects of various scopes to teams and individuals.

• Support business leaders and analysts in Agile methodologies.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to engineering associates.

• Develop and uphold procedures and best practices.

• Ensure that the systems under your purview operate at peak efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• At least eight (8) years of experience in systems, including a minimum of two (2) years in a leadership role.

• Proficient in Cloud data engineering, AWS, SQL, Python, and Java.

• Background in software development, quality engineering, or production support and infrastructure.
