Senior Manager, Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to security regulations and standards

• Create and execute security policies and protocols

• Perform site security evaluations

• Work alongside operations to devise security solutions

• Oversee security incidents and investigations

• Provide security training and conduct audits

• Foster relationships with law enforcement agencies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline is preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, ideally within the transportation and logistics sector

• Certification as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred

• In-depth understanding of security regulations and compliance standards

• Familiarity with security management systems, such as C-TPAT and AEO

• Strong mathematical abilities

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
