Senior Manager – SAP FI, FSCM Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with decision-makers, system owners, and end-users to articulate complex business, financial, and operational requirements.

• Configure and deploy SAP FI - GL, AA, AP, AR, banking, and FSCM solutions such as in-house cash, credit, collections, and dispute management.

• Lead design sessions to create innovative system solutions that improve business processes, operations, and information flow.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of current systems, identify areas for enhancement, and formulate strategies for improvement.

• Conduct comprehensive analysis and redesign of intricate business processes.

• Follow IT Applications change management protocols, ensuring meticulous tracking and validation of changes throughout the SAP ecosystem.

• Foster effective communication between business units and IT.

• Plan, oversee, and coordinate team activities while mentoring and developing team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in business systems.

• More than 15 years of direct expertise in SAP ECC FI, FSCM - credit, collections, dispute management, and SAP Treasury, including In-House Cash, BCM, and money markets.

• Experience with cross-functional SAP ECC modules including SD, MM, PPQM, PM, PS, and CS.

• Preferred experience with SAP ECC, BTP, PO, BI, Concur, integrations, and the broader SAP technology landscape.

• Proven experience in a matrixed environment with international teams and diverse cultural backgrounds.

• ABAP debugging experience is an advantage.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively influence peers and senior management.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

• Willingness to travel locally, nationally, or internationally as required.
