This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance and optimize the effectiveness of our Sales teams across various roles, aiming to drive operational efficiencies and improve outcomes (ARR growth, win rates, ACV).
• Ensure strong alignment on all initiatives in collaboration with Sales Managers and the VP of Sales.
• Collaborate with the VP of Revenue Operations on the quarterly roadmap and team-wide updates to guarantee a clear understanding of the prioritization and value of ongoing work across partner teams.
• Work alongside Sales leadership, Analytics, and the VP of Revenue Operations to continuously deliver pertinent insights that foster improvements in business performance.
• Supervise sales forecasting, quota, and pipeline management processes to confirm accuracy and alignment with the company's objectives.
• Establish and manage sales metrics, dashboards, and reporting, ensuring clarity on the reports utilized across teams.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and guide future initiatives.
• Collaborate with the GTM Systems & Tools Manager and the VP of Revenue Operations to further refine existing tools, systems, and processes that empower the sales team to perform at its best.
• Handle reactive sales-related requests and ad hoc reporting needs in partnership with our Revenue Operations Specialist.
• Manage the complete cycle of sales territory management, including process documentation, mid-year and annual account assignment, and ROE escalation as necessary to the VP of Sales and VP of Revenue Operations.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement scalable solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with enablement to standardize workflows, documentation, and training that promotes operational excellence.
• Anticipate leadership needs by proactively surfacing insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales operations or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
• Experience across various phases of company growth (startup, $10-$50M, $50M-$100M, $100M+).
• Documented success in scaling and optimizing GTM processes within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience in managing sales operations teams.
• Strong grasp of GTM strategies, including the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Proven ability to create and implement scalable operational frameworks that foster revenue growth.
• Proficient in managing complex projects and driving operational changes across multiple teams.
• Solid understanding of the following GTM tech stack tools (or similar): Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Lean Data, Zoom Info, Nooks, Spekit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, Atrium.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Actively incorporate AI tools into daily tasks to enhance productivity and expedite delivery.
