This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process, including workflows and representative experiences across all sales segments through shadowing, interviews, and data analysis.
• Discover pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in tools and processes.
• Convert representative feedback and usage trends into prioritized enhancement suggestions.
• Act as the internal advocate for sales representatives in decisions regarding tools and processes.
• Serve as the primary business steward for Salesforce, overseeing changes, enhancements, feature requests, data quality, workflow automation, and reporting standards.
• Collect, categorize, and prioritize requests from sales leadership, representatives, and cross-functional partners.
• Assess trade-offs and maintain a roadmap for improvements.
• Ensure the integrity of Salesforce data and consistency of processes.
• Evaluate, recommend, and assist in the implementation of complementary sales tools such as Clay, LeanData, and ZoomInfo.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into sales workflows.
• Create and support testing protocols for suggested changes.
• Define and track success metrics, including adoption rates, usage trends, and the impact on representative productivity.
• Promote adoption through documentation, training, and structured change management.
• Analyze insights to guide prioritization and ongoing improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that reflect tooling adoption, backlog status, and implemented improvements.
• Convert operational data into executive-ready analyses and recommendations.
• Establish and maintain a regular operating rhythm with Sales leadership regarding ongoing work, priorities, and results.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales Operations.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential, including reporting, dashboards, workflow/process design, and data quality management.
• Salesforce Admin certification is highly desirable.
• Proven capability to manage a complex backlog and prioritize the needs of competing stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across functions with technical or product teams to implement system improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to foster tool adoption through documentation, training, and change management initiatives.
• Strong data analytics skills, including the ability to analyze usage and adoption data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical briefs and data insights into executive narratives.
• Capacity to follow through, work independently in uncertain situations, and exhibit a proactive approach to tasks.
• Familiarity with sales engagement or conversation intelligence tools such as Outreach, Gong, Clari, or ZoomInfo is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Looker, or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Experience in evaluating or operationalizing AI/automation use cases within a sales context is a bonus.
• Previous experience in a high-growth marketplace or B2B SaaS setting is a plus.
