Senior Manager, Sales Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily retail operations processes, which include item setup, portal management, compliance documentation, and coordination with distributors.

• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency in meeting retailer and distributor requirements.

• Identify and address operational bottlenecks, implementing process enhancements that streamline workflows and support growth.

• Gather, analyze, and report on syndicated and retailer data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, retailer POS).

• Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor velocity, distribution, sell-through, and promotional effectiveness.

• Deliver reporting and insights that guide assortment, pricing, and promotional planning discussions.

• Collaborate with Finance to assess deductions, chargebacks, and trade spend ROI.

• Review promotional calendars and shopper programs using data-driven insights.

• Provide Finance with accurate and timely retail reporting that aligns with financial tracking.

• Share insights with Marketing and Retail Leadership to support launches, category storytelling, and in-store activations.

• Create standardized reporting frameworks that unify the organization on retail performance and go-to-market priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), preferably in Retail Operations, Category Management, or Retail Insights.

• Background in RTD, wellness, or functional categories is highly beneficial.

• Proficient in using syndicated data tools (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, retailer POS).

• Capable of building reporting systems that enhance clarity and visibility into performance metrics.

• Strong communicator who can simplify complex data into actionable insights.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused; excels in fast-paced growth environments.
