This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the creation, implementation, and refinement of Strada’s enablement initiatives aimed at enhancing seller readiness and performance.
• Take ownership of the onboarding process, on-the-job training (covering product knowledge, sales skills, and technology), as well as leadership development and coaching programs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure that sellers are equipped with the necessary skills, content, and insights to achieve success more rapidly.
• Develop and implement a standardized onboarding program designed to decrease ramp-up time and boost productivity.
• Create role-specific enablement curricula that encompass product knowledge, sales methodologies, and technology applications.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding, training completion rates, content utilization, and coaching effectiveness.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 6 years of experience in sales enablement or related fields; adept at constructing programs from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success in designing onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives that enhance seller performance.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred) and enablement technologies; experience in implementing new platforms is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of sales processes, methodologies, and go-to-market strategies.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and change management abilities.
• A data-driven approach with the capability to assess impact and refine programs accordingly.
• Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
