This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Spearhead initiatives that assist Sales and account teams as the dynamics of PBM, regulation, and the marketplace change.
• Convert intricate PBM topics into straightforward, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, expedite insight generation, and enhance both field and client experiences.
• Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to analyze PBM data and convert findings into strategic insights.
• Work alongside Sales, Product, Legal, Regulatory, Analytics, and Technology teams to achieve aligned outcomes.
• Over 7 years of experience in Sales, Consulting, Strategy, or Analytics.
• More than 1 year of knowledge in the PBM industry, including understanding PBM pricing models, data and reporting analytics, and client and consultant interactions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Relevant certifications or coursework (such as analytics, data storytelling, or AI tools) is advantageous.
