Senior Manager, S4 HANA Plant Maintenance, Digital Technology Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute Digital Technology initiatives throughout the Blueprint, Build, Test, Cutover Deployment, and Hypercare stages of the S/4HANA Plant Maintenance project.

• Work in partnership with business, digital, and interdisciplinary teams to comprehend requirements and promote efficient S/4HANA utilization for Plant Maintenance and associated master data.

• Design and deploy S/4HANA solutions that support Plan to Sustain processes and align with the RTX operating model.

• Oversee end-to-end process mapping between S/4HANA and relevant boundary systems.

• Direct requirements gathering, data mappings, configuration, build, and testing activities.

• Act as a liaison among cross-functional teams during the Build, Test, Cutover, Implementation, and Hypercare phases.

• Coordinate activities among Digital Technology, Business Unit, Corporate, System Integrator, and PMO.

• Develop and sustain configuration design documents, functional and technical specifications, and testing plans.

• Lead S/4HANA testing and manage defect resolution.

• Support data and process teams with data mapping and testing efforts.

• Ensure preparedness for future developments across Plan to Sustain functional domains.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% or as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• Proven experience in configuring and supporting SAP ERP systems.

• Technical expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, covering Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Task Lists, and Maintenance Plans.

• Practical experience in data cleansing and migration activities.

• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex business process and system transformation projects, particularly ERP implementations.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing settings is preferred.

• Understanding of Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance, and Dangerous Goods Management.

• Experience in managing large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects or similar regulated large organizations is advantageous.

• Experience with agile methodologies or iterative strategies for software development and implementation projects is desirable.
