Senior Manager, Risk Adjustment Vendor Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee risk adjustment vendors

• Direct procurement procedures, quality management, and performance analysis

• Collaborate with subject matter experts across all business lines to foster and promote a local market culture focused on excellence in revenue integrity

• Engage directly with internal colleagues and, when appropriate, with external provider and vendor partners

• Evaluate intervention opportunities and effectiveness related to complete and accurate diagnosis capture and reporting for members and providers

• Report to the Revenue Integrity Lead Director of Provider Support and Enablement

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in management consulting, project consulting, change management, business process consulting, project management, and/or strategic business planning

• More than 3 years of experience in Risk Adjustment or working with Risk Adjustment Vendors

• Proven senior-level relationship management capabilities

• Ability to swiftly establish and maintain credible relationships at various organizational levels concurrently

• Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large-scale projects with significant complexity

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• Preferably, experience in people leadership
