Senior Manager, RevOps Reporting & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead a team in analyzing sales data while reviewing and interpreting intricate data sets.

• Assess market trends through comprehensive market research and analysis.

• Formulate a reporting strategy and guide the team in generating sales reports utilizing PBI and Excel.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance lead scoring and customer insights.

• Assist the sales team by fostering improved GTM collaboration regarding account and product strategies.

• Deliver actionable insights through data-driven analysis.

• Work in conjunction with various departments to synchronize sales initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analysis, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

• Expertise in Excel, CRM platforms, Gong, SQL, and data visualization tools such as PBI.

• Strong capability to interpret and analyze complex data.

• Knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, and generative AI applications.

• Certifications in data analysis or CRM platforms are advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
